One song from 1984 can quiet a whole bar in Kitashinchi. I sing it most Thursdays.
I sing city pop and old standards in a small jazz bar in Osaka. After closing I drive the bay road toward Kobe with the radio low.
My most irrational fear
Forgetting the words halfway through a quiet song. It's never happened, but Sachiko's notebook comes up with me before every set.
Unpopular opinion
Applause in the middle of a slow song is worse than silence. Wait until it's over.
I'll fall for you if
