1. Welcome to Tempteo

Welcome to Tempteo ("we," "us," or "our"). Tempteo provides an AI companion platform that includes AI-powered chat, image generation, voice interactions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tempteo. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

Tempteo offers a free tier and a premium subscription plan. Free users receive limited access to features including a monthly image generation allowance. Premium subscribers receive expanded access and a monthly credit allocation.

  • Free Tier: Limited image generations per month. All generated images are blurred until you upgrade to a premium plan.
  • Premium Subscription: Available in weekly, monthly, and yearly billing cycles. Includes a monthly credit allocation for image generation and other premium features.
  • Credit Packs: One-time purchases of additional credits. Credits do not expire.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will report violations to relevant authorities.
  • Create content that depicts real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or any third party.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund or notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content produced through the Service (including images, text, and voice outputs) is owned by Tempteo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not sell, license, or distribute AI-generated content from Tempteo without our prior written consent. The Tempteo name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Tempteo.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

7. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to support@tempteo.com with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempteo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tempteo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Tempteo.
