Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please see the sections below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscriptions may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Within 48 hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used a significant portion of your credits, we will issue a full refund.
  • Technical issues: If you were charged due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate charges), we will issue a refund after verification.
  • Renewals: Refunds for automatic renewals may be granted on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the Service was used extensively prior to the request.

3. Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned for a monetary refund. Credits do not expire and will remain available until used.

  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.
