Safety Guidelines

1. Our Commitment

Tempteo is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, and we actively monitor for harmful content and behavior.

Tempteo is an adults-only service. Consensual sexual chat and generated media involving clearly adult fictional characters are permitted. The restrictions below still apply to every feature and content type.

2. CSAM Zero-Tolerance

Tempteo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to generate, share, or request content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative situations will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination.
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Preservation of all relevant account data for investigation purposes.

This policy applies to all forms of content including text prompts, generated images, and chat messages.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Tempteo:

  • Content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Sexual content involving a minor or an age-ambiguous person, non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, or real incest.
  • Non-consensual content depicting real, identifiable individuals.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Content designed to harass, bully, or threaten other individuals.
  • Content that promotes illegal activities.
  • Spam, phishing, or any form of fraudulent activity.

4. Crisis Response

When an incoming chat message contains clear language indicating a self-harm or suicide crisis, Tempteo does not send that message to the AI persona. Instead, it returns a fixed safety response that prioritizes immediate safety and directs the user to emergency services, a local crisis line, and a trusted person. The response identifies 988 only as a resource for people in the United States or Canada.

This automated check is limited and may not identify every crisis. Tempteo is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our safety guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report violations by:
