1. Our Commitment

Tempteo is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We take user safety seriously and actively monitor for harmful content and behavior. Our safety measures are designed to protect users while providing an enjoyable experience.

2. Age Verification

Tempteo is an adults-only platform. All users must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to request additional age verification and to terminate accounts where we have reasonable suspicion that the user is under 18.

3. CSAM Zero-Tolerance

Tempteo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to generate, share, or request content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative situations will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination.
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Preservation of all relevant account data for investigation purposes.

This policy applies to all forms of content including text prompts, generated images, and chat messages.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Tempteo:

  • Content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual content depicting real, identifiable individuals.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Content designed to harass, bully, or threaten other individuals.
  • Content that promotes illegal activities.
  • Spam, phishing, or any form of fraudulent activity.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our safety guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report violations by:
